We undertake Supply & installations of windows, doors, sliding door sets, Patio doors, French doors, Bi-Folding doors, Wintergardens & verandas, Curtain walling, roof lights, structural glazing etc....in fact, any window or door product that is typically used in the construction of a residential or small to medium commercial project. All of our staff are highly trained & so therfore we can offer an installation warranty ranging from 1yr - 10 yr dependant on the product installed & most are backed by the manufacturer.
We can undertake a full site survey to produce critical frame dimensions for manufacturing. The cost for this service varies from project to project & is based upon the number of units to be surveyed & distance travelled to the project site.
When engaging our services we offer a full & comprehensive consultation process for not only the client but also for the construction company & the architects. By offering this service we feel that any questions that are raised pre-installation can be answered thus ensuring a smoothing hassle free installation.
We can liase direct with your supplier, with reference to your delivery & be on site to take the delivery for you. Once delivered we will check your products for any damage & in the unlikely event there is damage, we will take photos, document this on the delivery note & email all of this off on your behalf to ensure swift action for repair or replacement.
With todays projects clients & architects alike, are being bolder with their designs & expanding the glazed areas to create that 'Grand Design' type facade. Which can leave a problem of how to lift that extra large screen in to place. Well, at EMI we have a solution in the form of either a Glazing Robot or a Spider Crane. Both of which can handle various loads & manoeuvre over rough terrain.

All of the systems which we supply & install carry a manufacturers warranty which in most cases require the clients to carry out certain maintenance to the moving parts of the system. We offer a full & comprhensive servicing routine which will help to maintain your products warranty. Whilst conducting this maintenance we will report back to the client any issue that requires reporting back the manufacturer for further warranty consideration.
Should the unexpected happen & your new system gets damaged during the construction phase or at any time during its life cycle, we can arrange for our trusted repair team to undertake a full & comprehensive on site insitu repair. The repair team utilise the very best products & materials suitable to ensure a complete clour match.
We only stock & utilise Iso-Chemie Compriband 600.The system includes a range of window connection films for time-saving and air tight sealing, as well as permanently elastic, impregnated PUR sealing tapes which serve as weather protection as well as being used for thermal and acoustic insulation.
Most of todays windows & door systems are what we call 'secretly fixed' & so are therefore hung off brackets & plastered over. Thus not having to drill holes in the frames. We can supply these direct in either small or large quantities.
We only stock well known & branded silicone sealants which are specific to the products being installed.
